Because all babies are different, the Cutie PAT Kit includes 1 of each of our Cutie PAT options; Smile, Flat, Slant, Round, and Bulb.
The Cutie PAT Starter Kit includes the following 5 nipple styles:
Smile 0M+: The Cutie PAT Smile is an Orthodontic Pro pacifier and teether that was designed and patented by a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. It has an ergonomic shape and was designed to promote natural oral development, and to help protect against orthodontic issues such as open bite, crossbite, and increased over jet. The Cutie PAT Smile 0M+ has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple, and can be used by newborns up until weaning. The bite resistant nipple is safe for babies with and without teeth.
Flat 0M+: The Cutie PAT Flat 0M+ has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple, and was designed to promote natural oral development. It can be used by newborns up until weaning. The bite resistant nipple is safe for babies with and without teeth.
Slant 0-6M: The Cutie PAT Slant 0-6M has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple that is flattened, and was designed to promote natural oral development. It can be used by newborns up until 6 months. Once baby develops teeth, transition to a 0M+ or a Stage 2 Cutie PAT, for babies with or without teeth.
Round 0-6M: The Cutie PAT Round 0-6M has a soft round nipple, and can be used by newborns up until 6 months. Once baby develops teeth, transition to a 0M+ or a Stage 2 Cutie PAT, for babies with or without teeth.
Bulb 0-6M: The Cutie PAT Bulb 0-6M has a soft cherry-shaped nipple, and can be used by newborns up until 6 months. Once baby develops teeth, transition to a 0M+ or a Stage 2 Cutie PAT, for babies with or without teeth.

Named of its function, the Cutie PAT is a Pacifier and Teether in one. The soft, pliable, medical grade silicone is soothing for babies and their gums. This multifunctional pacifier is made with 100% medical grade silicone. It is safe, non-toxic, and free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, and latex. The Cutie PAT pacifier is US CPSC compliant and FDA approved, designed in the USA and made in China.
Unlike other pacifiers on the market, the Cutie PAT Bulb is a true one piece design. Meaning, it does not contain multiple pieces or multiple pieces that are moulded together. The Cutie PAT was created with a dual purpose in mind: the pacifier side was created to soothe an infant/baby, and the teether portion was developed to aid with teething relief.
Before FIRST use, sterilize pacifier in boiling water for 3 minutes and let air dry. Before EACH use, wash with warm water and mild soap, and complete a pull test inspection by pulling the nipple in all directions. Check for damages such as cracks, tears, and/or excessive wear. If damaged, discard immediately. Dishwasher safe, top rack only. Colorful foods, dyes and/or other liquids may cause discoloration and staining.
WARNING: To avoid a choking hazard, inspect before each use, especially once baby has teeth. If damaged, discard immediately. Nipple should be sucked on as a means to soothe, not chewed. While using as a teether, pop nipple in before use. For safety and hygiene, it's recommended to replace after 4 weeks of use. Do not use without adult supervision. Do not tie around a child's neck. Only use with pacifier clips that are CPSC compliant.
Silicone does not harbor bacteria or support the growth of mold.
