How often do you launch new products?
Every single week! Our launches go live on the website each Thursday at 12:00pm ET, 9:00am PT. Check the weekly launch section of our site to see that latest arrivals. We always announce new launches on Instagram and in our email newsletter so our customers know when new products are coming in the shop.
Will sold out prints be restocked?
Restocks are based on popular demand and availability. We try to keep our inventory fresh and constantly changing, but also to keep the most popular colors in stock. Depending on inventory, some prints can sell out very quickly, so if you love something don't wait!
What is your return policy?

How quickly will my order ship?
We typically process and transfer orders to USPS within 5 business days of purchase. We do not offer rush orders at this time.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my order. What do I do?
In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We find in 99% of these cases that the order arrives within 1-2 days of a delivery notification.
What is the difference between a regular knit and a sweater knit?
Both our regular and sweater knits are soft, stretchy, and breathable, and are a great option for baby to wear. The regular knit is made up of very small, tightly woven threads, that gives it a silky smooth texture. The sweater knit is made with thicker threads but a looser knit. Think your favorite late spring cardigan. The sweater knit is very soft and has a "gushy" feel. Both knits are great for year round swaddling and wearing.
Do you offer any discount codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of our website, and we'll send you exclusive discount codes from time to time that are only available to our subscribers. You will also get early access to our weekly releases!
Can I pick up my order if I live in Utah?
Local pickup is not available at this time.
How do I add a gift note?
There are two places you can add a gift note. The first is in the mini cart that pops up on the right side of the screen, and there is a field to leave a note at the bottom of that popup (you might have to scroll down). The second place is at the checkout page > click on the "Cart" button on the top left > look for the "Add a Gift Note" field.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We currently offer wholesale pricing for select bows and headbands. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, please email us at email@example.com. We hope to offer wholesale pricing on all of our products in the future.
Does Lou Lou donate to good causes?
Yes we do! We've created a program at Lou Lou that we are so proud of, and every year we donate items to local Newborn Intensive Care Units.
