Love the hat, it’s adorable, soft, stretchy. Just as it looks in the picture. But the Pom Pom fell off after 2 months, and my daughter only wore it a handful of times. The customer service department was kind enough to issue a one time exception to let me exchange it after the 45 day window. However I’m just disappointed that it wasn’t more secure.
